Appointments
Sessions are arranged by prior agreement. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.
Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed in advance and are payable prior to or at the time of the session, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be charged in full.
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice are charged at the full session fee.
Refunds
As sessions involve the reservation of professional time, fees are generally non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the practitioner’s discretion.
